Technical Parameters

Our UV curing machines are equipped with imported LED chips, featuring high energy output, uniform illumination and stable light source. The number of UV LED surface light sources can be selected from 1 to 8 according to application requirements.

The machine adopts touchscreen control, with adjustable power from 10% to 100% and freely set irradiation time. It features compact size, small footprint and easy installation, making it ideal for assembly line and workshop integration.

Our UV curing machine is compact and flexible. Its compact body can be easily placed on laboratory tables to save space without compromising curing efficiency. It also supports multi-wavelength compatibility, including 365nm, 385nm, 395nm and 405nm. As a professional UV light source for UV adhesives, inks and curing resins, it meets a wide range of curing applications.

The machine supports stepless power adjustment from 10% to 100%, with conveying speed adjustable from 0.5 to 8 meters per minute.

It performs well in high-precision laboratory testing and small-batch production, accurately adapting to various working conditions. Designed with energy conservation and environmental protection in mind, the machine features low power consumption and long service life.
