Trenchless repair technology has become mainstream for the restoration of urban underground pipeline systems. The UV curing system, with its wide adaptability and high efficiency, combined with flexible services, has become the preferred solution for pipeline repair.

The pipe diameter adaptation range of the UV cured in place pipe system covers DN250 to DN1800, which can meet the repair requirements of municipal branch pipes and main pipes. Its "pipe-in-pipe" repair principle is scientific and efficient. First, pull the fiberglass hose impregnated with photosensitive resin into the pipe to be repaired, and use air pressure to make it closely adhere to the inner wall of the original pipe.Then, the special wavelength UV light is used to promote the rapid polymerization of the resin and cure it into a high-strength and corrosion-resistant lining tube, which makes it firmly combined with the original tube and greatly improves the performance of the pipe. ​​

The core advantages of the ultraviolet light curing system are significant: In terms of environmental protection, there is no need for large-scale excavation, avoiding dust and noise pollution, which is in line with green construction. In terms of efficiency, the construction period is only one third of that of traditional excavation technology, and the repair of a single section of pipeline can be completed within a few hours. In terms of performance, after the repair, the pipeline's pressure resistance and anti-seepage capacity have been enhanced, with a service life exceeding 50 years and almost no loss in the cross-sectional area for water passage. In addition, a matching system can be customized based on the construction scene, pipe diameter specifications, repair standards, etc. The configuration of the light chain and the parameters of the control system can be flexibly adjusted to make the equipment more in line with the actual construction needs.

The configuration design takes into account both precision and convenience: By precisely matching the pipe diameter, it ensures that the light chain is centered in the pipe, avoiding uneven curing. The combination of the light chains is flexible, and the large and small light chains can be connected in different sequences. It is equipped with two types of light chains: C600T5-8 (2 groups of 4 600W lamps), suitable for inner tubes of DN250-DN600mm, and D1800T2 (2 groups of 4 1200W lamps), suitable for inner tubes of DN800-DN1800mm, ensuring sufficient and uniform lighting. ​​

The control system and auxiliary configuration are user-friendly: The self-developed modular electrical main control system, combined with the Windows operating system, is easy to operate. The 15-inch touch screen displays the curing speed and distance in real time, monitors and controls the temperature and pressure to ensure the stability of the construction. It is equipped with a standard 150-meter cable and supports manual/automatic cable rewinding. The reel speed can be adjusted within the range of 0.2- 5m/min.In addition, the company provides professional training services, customers can go to the construction site to learn practical operation, quickly master the system use skills. ​
