The UV-CIPP light curing system exhibited by Ergu Optoelectronics is specifically designed for trenchless rehabilitation of sewage pipelines. The matching pipe diameter range covers from DN250 to DN2000, fully meeting the diverse engineering requirements from branch pipelines to main pipelines. The system adopts the advanced "pipe-in-pipe" repair technology: first, the glass fiber soft hose impregnated with photo-sensitive resin is pulled into the pipeline to be repaired, and it is closely adhered to the inner wall of the original pipeline by air pressure. Then, the UV light curing system is used for irradiation to cause the resin to be rapidly polymerized and cured, forming a layer of inner lined pipeline, which is featured with high-strength, corrosion-resistance, and structural stability. After the repair, not only the pressure resistance and anti-seepage performance is significantly enhanced, but also has a service life of over 50 years, and effectively ensures the original flow capacity of the pipeline, truly achieving "complete renovation without damaging the surface".
