It activates the photosensitive resin with specific wavelength UV rays, enabling the inner liner of pipeline to be cured quickly and uniformly. The intelligent control system can monitor the curing process in real time, ensuring the formation of a high-strength and corrosion-resistant "pipe in pipe" structure. The cured inner liner pipe can last for 50 years, significantly shortening the construction period and is suitable for municipal pipeline repair projects with strict time requirements.

Thermal curing pneumatic reversing drum: Stable adhesion, suitable for complex scenarios

 

As the core equipment of the thermal curing CIPP process, this pneumatic reversing drum precisely controls the air pressure to achieve the smooth flipping and bonding of the inner liner hose immersed with thermosetting resin. The optimized structural design can be adapted to various pipe diameters ranging from DN60 to DN500mm.
